There are various ways to search for providers in the database. Choose from the following items. Only complete the criteria essential for your search. If you do not obtain the results expected, broaden your search criteria. To get the broadest results, for example, only select a Type of Service and a geographic region or county. If you do not find what you are looking for, send us an e-mail and we will help.

Serves the geographic area of:
County -or- Region (only select one)
(Region pulls up providers whose resident address is in a specific group of counties - see the help page for a list of counties in each region. A county search pulls up providers serving that particular county, and may include surrounding counties and statewide resources. Do not select both County and Region in the same search - choose only one at a time.)

Warning: For most searches, you should skip the following item as it will narrow your results inappropriately. Most providers are not listed under particular disabilities, as they serve persons with all types of disabilities. Skip it unless you are searching for a support group or organization for a particular disability. If you are searching for a support group, please enter only the first few letters of the disorder, and double-check to make sure you have not mispelled the name.

For most searches, you should skip this item. Complete this item only if you know the exact name of the provider you are searching for. Complete only if you are looking for one specific provider. In that case, type as few words or letters as possible to ensure a match.
